While our mission is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your specifications and request, please keep in mind that all sales are final.  Be Krowned has a strict NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. This is due to COVID-19 and the unsanitary, health and safety concerns arising from such situations. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out. Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for any of our units that have been worn, styled, where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We offer refunds as long as the terms below are met, the full lace wig is still in its brand new condition and we have not fitted it.

 We do not accept returns on any of our products that has been worn, used and or altered. This includes but is not limited to the following:

DO NOT alter the units and bundles in any way.

DO NOT cut the lace if it has not been previously cut.

DO NOT use adhesives or any such product on the lace wigs or bundles.

DO NOT put any chemicals on the unit or bundles.

DO NOT dye the unit or bundles.

DO NOT style or cut the unit or bundles.

DO NOT perm the unit or bundles.

DO NOT wash or condition the unit or bundles.


Be careful when applying or removing your unit and always follow the care instructions that’ provided with your purchase. Be Krowned will not be responsible for units that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer during the application process. Units that are ripped or torn by the customer is not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Note: MANUFACTURED UNITS ONLY: If there is a mistake or a manufacturers’ defect, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue or replace the item if notified within 24 hours of receiving the product via email at
