Terms & Conditions Agreement
By placing an order with BE KROWNED KUSTOM UNITS, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and clearly understand the contents stated herein and that you agree with them fully and agree to be bound by the aforementioned provisions before purchasing units, bundles, closure frontals, and or any other items listed on this website.
MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
All KUSTOM UNITS are processed within 72 hours of payment processing. Therefore any changes to your Kustom Unit MUST BE received no later than 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Any additional amendments made to the unit after this time will incur an additional fee of $100 due at time of request to cover the cost of wasted materials.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS
All Kustom Units are in production 48-72 hours after you have placed the order. If you wish to cancel or to your order, it must be done within 24 hours. All Kustom made units are made with your specifications, which may include; measurements, bundle type, color, etc. It is for this cause that it will be difficult to get another customer to purchase your custom made unit. Therefore, all units orders that are cancelled or changed after 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your deposit. This cancellation fee will not be waived under any circumstances.
Please note custom made units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you receive your Kustom Unit and believe there is a problem with it, please inform us before you leave the studio. If you received by a courier, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your unit. Our management staff will determine whether the unit can be amended, repaired or needs to be remade.
Note: Manufactured Units Only: If there is a mistake or a manufacturers’ defect, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue or replace the item if notified within 24 hours of receiving the product via email at Info@bekrownedkustomxtensionz.com
