Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facility. Please note that once packages are received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United Parcel.
Ready to Ship Units ships in 72 hours hours ( Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm)
Lace Units: 15 business days processing time (Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm) . Ships in 2 business days after processing time.
Extensions: 10-15 business days processing time (Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm) . Ships in 2 business days after processing time.
Also note that shipping times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
We are not liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and concise billing and shipping information.
NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING. However, management may accept expedited shipping requests on a case by case basis. The EXPEDITE SERVICE is a flat fee of $100 and is a nonrefundable rush fee, you must email: firstname.lastname@example.org with "RUSH" in the Subject Line. Return shipping fees are sole responsibility of the sender.
